Refill Prescription
Refill your prescription at A+
To refill your prescription online, locate the seven-digit prescription number or “Rx” number on your prescription. Please see the image below for assistance locating the prescription number. Once you have your prescription number, complete the form and click the “Submit” button.

Important Information:
- Refills can only be processed online if you’ve already filled your previous prescription at A+ Pharmacy and Compounding Centre.
- Please allow 24 hours for the pharmacy to prepare your prescriptions.
- Your prescription will be processed during normal pharmacy hours.
- Not all prescriptions may be eligible for online refill.
- The pharmacist may reserve the right to refuse the refills. This refusal may be done at our professional discretion and under the direction of provincial College of Pharmacist Professional Practice Policies, prescriber authority, and Provincial/Federal Legislation.
